- Will someone pick me up at the airport??
- Yes, upon arrival at the airport, our staff will pick you up and take you to one of our locations to make your contract. Upon delivery, the car is returned at the location and our staff will gladly take you to the airport.

- No, You need to have a valid driver's license
- What are the requirements to rent a car with City Car Rental?
- You must be at least 21 years old to drive.

- Is there a penalty for returning the car early?
- We will charge you the days of use, and a minimum fee for breach of contract
- Will there be additional charges if I am late in returning the rented vehicle?
- You have 60 minutes of tolerance. After that time, it will be considered as an extra day.
- Do I need to refuel before returning?
- Customers need to refuel the vehicle at the same level of fuel as when picking up the vehicle.If a customer does not have time to refuel the vehicle at the same level of fuel, he or she will be charged the Company's local rate that is normally above the price of the local pump.
- With City Car Rental Can I pay for fuel in advance?
- You can pay for a full tank of gas in advance and avoid the waist of time searching for a gas station before returning the car. Our rates for this service are comparable to the current local retail pump price.
- Can a disabled person rent a car at City Car Rental?
- If you are accompanied by a person who meets the driver's requirements, have an updated driver's license.

- You need to call 24 hours in advance
